Then Keith doesn't play anything for the first verse but starts to play for the chorus

F
Sweet thing,

The moon is high

And the night is young
          Bb
Come on and meet me,

In the backyard under the cotton wood tree
        C
It's a good thing,
     Bb
Am I wishin',
           F
Oh come on sweet thing,

Won't you climb on out of your window
                  Bb
While the world's sleeping

You know I need you and there's
                C
No way I'll be leavin
                         Bb
'Till we're kissin on the porch swing
             F
Oh my little sweet thing

Play intro again, only 3 times and then the last part of the intro

Again,no guitar during the verse by Keith, just the backup guitars making some noise
the intro and chords from chorus. May be a synthesizer actually. With the banjo just
here and there.

Play chorus again.

Solo

D------------------- D--/10-10-8-8-/10-8-10-|
A--/13-13--10h11-13- A----------------------|

G------------------- G----------------------|
D------------------- D----------------------|

A--/13-13--10h11-13---------------------------------------------|
F---------------------------------------------------------------|
C---------------------------------------------------------------|
G---------------------------------------------------------------|
D---------------------------------------------------------------|

D-17-15-------|
A-------17-15-|
F-------------|
C-------------| sorry can't figure out the rest of the solo, but I'll get on
G-------------| that. just wanted to get this up first. end the solo with an
D-------------| F chord.

After solo, no guitar while Keith sings.

End with Intro again, but for last note play the opening chord.

Please if you have any other ideas, make changes and just reference my tab. I also
this song could be done tuned half a step below instead of a full step, but I went with this
because I think it sounds better - could be because I'm playing an acoustic guitar. The
would be E, A, and then Bm in that order. You can figure out the notes, just
1 from them all.

EXCELLENT TAB tlcasey8545! i play it with the recording! ITS DEAD ACCURATE! oh and just a note for you and everyone who reads this, you DO NOT have to alternate your tuning. If you keep it standard tuning, just subtract the numbers by 2 and there you go! the chords are D#(previously F), G#(previously Bb) and Bb(previously C). and the ending of the solo goes in a Penatonic scale up by when it gets to the 18th fret (for standard tuning)...it goes all the way up to the A string...EXCELLENT TAB though! for a 'new release' to! GOOD JOB! just wanted to say you don't need to alternate your guitar's tuning! =)

why would you say it's a whole step down? when you can just put your guitar a half step down and play open tuning? E, A and B shape throughout the whole song.

Open chords I meant.
